Hey mamas! I'm Brenae Thiel the owner of Celsie Bug Boutique. I became a stay at home mama to my baby girl, Blake Camille, in July 2020. During that time I quickly found myself spending a little bit too much time online, endlessly searching for cute, practical, outfits any time Blake needed new clothes. This need for cute, simplistic and toddler proof clothing led me to the opening of Celsie Bug. I knew there had to be other mamas out there struggling just like me when it came time to shop for our littles. I knew I wanted to continue staying home with my girl while I found work I could do from home. This lead me on a search for brands that complimented my 'plain jane' style and ultimately how we got started. I started this journey with the support of my husband, Jake, and it truly has been so fun and the biggest blessing to pursue.

Naming Celsie Bug
Celsie Bug came about when my daughter got a lady bug activity toy that became her favorite. We had to take this toy everywhere with us, she came out to eat with us, went for drives with us, flew on airplanes with us, hung out on the couch with us and so on. When we decided she needed a name I reached out to Blake's cousins for ideas. Older cousin, Brooks, suggested “Celsie”and the name has stuck ever since. Little did he know, that name would have a huge impact on our lives and the future it held for us in creating this online storefront.
